The Cape Town International Jazz Festival's department of Training & Development is calling all Musicians, Creatives, Performers, Techies, Communicators and Media Enthusiasts to attend a FREE #CTIJF2017 Music Technology Workshop.
Led by industry expert, Alistair Andrews, this workshop explores the latest trends and innovations in smart device technology and also identifies the benefits of such devices to musicians and music industry professionals. But don’t lose hope just yet, it’s designed for ALL Music Enthusiasts as it will benefit anyone who uses music to create unique content and messages like tracks, beats, songs, videos, advertisements, animation, slideshows, digital storyboards, etc. It is pitched at all age groups and therefore everyone is welcome: Scholars, Students, Educators, Professionals and Novices.
Topics will include creating music with the latest equipment, harmony & analysis using computers, composition technology and many more.
