Life In The Skyy with Skyy Vodka SA

I'm sure this is an experience none of us were expecting and one experience all of us will not forget...in a very long time! 

So, I had received an invitation from Skyy Vodka SA to join them at Lanseria airport. Like most invitations come with a +1, this one didn't! And I'm quite sure that the gents that attended also were just as wondering what the event was about exactly. Anywho, we all got to Lanseria and in our dribs and drabs we 'checked in'. Still not sure what was about to happen, we all proceeded through the boarding gates and onto two choppers that were waiting for us. Oh, did I mention that there were only nine (9) of us? - talk about exclusivity!

We all hopped on and and literally flew around Johannesburg. What's funny was that as much as we were curious to know what would be next, we all savoured the moment and enjoyed the experience and after approximately one hour, we landed back at Lanseria. We were then all ushered to a private lounge, welcomed with delicious Skyy Vodka cocktails and we were told what the experience was about - not the booze itself, but the lifestyle. This was giving likeminded gentlemen (who seem to be in the 'same' industry) a platform to mingle and network. In a nutshell, this was the objective Skyy vodka had in mind for us on the day. We all walked away with branded gift boxes including, of course, a bottle of Skyy Vodka, a branded cocktail shaker with two Martini glases and wait for it..... a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses.

This was an amazing experience! Thanks to Yolanda Xaluva and Skyy Vodka for the #SkyyLife experience. We truly lived #LifeInTheSkyy! Check out some of the images....
